FAQ's

How long before my order ships?
Orders generally ship within three business days. When checking out you choose your own shipping method, that determines how quickly your package will arrive. We ship via United States Postal Service.

How long does a special order take?
Special orders are complete and ship within 2 weeks (10 business days).

What is your material made of?
Version1: Flame retardant treated blend of Poly and Spandex (will wash out over time)
Version2: Permanently flame retardant blend of Poly and Spandex (will never wash out)

Can I return the your products?
All of our products have a 30 day return policy. We do not pay return shipping.

What size do your screens stretch to?
The dimensions we list for each screen are the recomnded size when stretched from loophole to loophole. Please note that viewing area is slightly smaller due to concave shape our screens take when stretched.

Do you do special orderes?
We do special orders of all shapes and sizes. Please click on the link in the Information section called Custom Orders to submit a custom order request.

What screen will fit the trussing?
Our 10x7 Ft screen is made for the 10 foot trussing system we sell. The 7x5 Foot Screen will also fit that trussing system with a suspended in mid air look, or the trussing system can be used as a 5ft trussing system which also fits our 7x5 ft screen.
