The majority of items in our store are kept in stock. We generally ship these in-stock items within 2 days via USPS Priority Mail to the Continental U.S. and internationally. When checking out, you will be given choices for shipping speeds via USPS and FedEX.
International items will take longer to ship due to customs and VAT. Please allow additional time when ordering internationally.
Items ordered through Stretchy Screens are shipped via the United States Postal Service or FedEX. A street address and telephone number is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered at the speed you choose during checkout. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 3 business days. Delivery times do not include processing times.
All orders are shipped from Unites States of America, and all buyers may be subject to brokerage and/or customs fees and/or taxes. These amounts are outside of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for these fees. Buyers must comply with the governing laws of his/her country and pay all fees requested by their government and/or state.
We cannot be held responsible for lost items due to a buyer inputting an incorrect address. We do not purchase insurance on all outgoing packages, and no product replacement, refund, or compensation will be given to a buyer if items are lost. In the case of a lost or delayed package, we will open a case with the carrier to find out what caused the delay.
Buyers will receive an email with tracking information within the allotted processing time. Detailed tracking is not available on standard shipping (online tracking of standard shipping will only indicate that the item has been received by the post office and that it was successfully delivered to the buyer).
Important: We are not responsible for carrier delays or missed event deadlines. If you absolutely need something on a certain date, it is your responsibility to contact us.
Should you decide that your merchandise is not satisfactory, Stretchy Screens’ return policy is stated below.
Returns are not accepted on discounted or clearance items or multiple item discounts.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
There are no returns on custom cut and sewn orders. Made-to-order items such as stretch shapes, tension fabric tunnels, and custom printed products are not returnable under any circumstances. If there is a manufacturing lead time for a product on our website, the product will need to be custom cut and sewn and is therefore non-returnable.
There are no returns on rented items not used. Renters are responsible for return shipping fees. Please ship via a traceable service, so you can show proof of return.
All of our stretch screens are thoroughly inspected before packaging, and product returns are very rare. In case of a defective product, you must notify us via email within 10 days of the receipt of goods. The product must also be postmarked for return within the 10-day return window.
Please note that our stretch shapes collection is not returnable since all items are custom cut to various sizes and are made to order. We have a collection of hundreds of sizes and shapes, so we cannot accept returns on these items.
Returning a Product
In order to process a return, the merchandise must be in its original unused condition with no signs of excessive wear. Additionally, all returns must be pre-authorized by Stretchy Screens.
To return an item:
1. Obtain a return authorization request.
Stretchy Screens must be notified via email within 10 days of delivery acceptance by the buyer. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and reason for return. Wait for a response from Stretchy Screens verifying the product’s return address.
2. Ship the item back to us.
Please keep in mind that if you choose to return Stretchy Screens merchandise, you — the buyer — will be responsible for shipping costs. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method (with tracking information).
Always keep your shipping receipts and tracking information on hand in case of a loss. We are not responsible for lost packages. No refunds or compensation will be given on shipping and handling charges or PayPal fees.
- Stretchy Screens reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason.
- All stretch projection screens are subject to a 15% restocking fee as they must be laundered, inspected, and repackaged.
